Lance Armstrong questioned his participation in the Tour de France - 2009

American racing cyclist Lance Armstrong has expressed doubts that he will take part in the Tour de France 2009. According to Armstrong, because of difficulties in the relationship with the organizers of the race he might abandon attempts to win the prestigious velomnogodnevku for the eighth time in his career.
