Marat Safin on Friday beat Nikolay Davydenko in the quarter tenisnogo Kremlin Cup tournament, held in Moscow, said the official tournament site. The match lasted 2 hours 26 minutes and ended with the score 7:6 (7 / 5), 4:6, 6:4.
During the match Safin made 17 eysov to 3 from Davydenko, which enabled him to achieve success. In semifinal Safin will meet with German tennis players Mishey Zvereva, who earlier in the three parties won a victory over Serb Viktor Trinity.
In another quarter-neseyanny Russian Igor Kunitsyn confidently reviews J?�r?�mie Chardin of France 6:4, 6:2. He now meets Frenchman Fabrice Santoro to reach the semifinal after his compatriot Paul-Henri Mathieu because of injuries declined from continuing the match with the account 6:3, 2:0 in favor of Santoro.
Both semifinals will be held on Saturday.
